"My husband and our children spent Christmas at Parrot Cove Lodge so we were away form our own family members while staying in Belize. The staff was very friendly and always greeted us by name which made us feel at home during the holidays. Jason was especially helpful and was able to multi-task several duties to make our stay complete including arranging tours for us. Chef Sean was also very professional. We requested a special lobster dinner for our last night's stay and even though he was very busy, he made it happen for us.We found Parrot Cove to be perfect for our family. It has a casual atmosphere, is a smaller resort property and everyone was so friendly. "We loved our stay at Parrot Cove. Okay, the service in the restaurant is a little slow at times, but what is your rush? You are on holidays not in the drive through at McDonalds. RELAX, the food is outstanding and the prices are very reasonable, it is well worth the wait. The staff always greets you with a smile. The people of Hopkins and the staff of Parrot Cove were the friendliest people we have ever met. The food, well try everything on the menu, take my word, you won't be disappointed. You will find that Parrot Cove is the best place to eat along the whole stretch of resorts. Get to know the staff and the people of Hopkins. That is the magic of Belize. If you are a couple that wants romance or family that wants relaxing peace of mind, with all kinds of activities that fill your day from deep sea fishing, snorkeling and horseback riding or just hanging out at the beach. You have lots to do. Take a ride on the bikes to Hopkins and spend some time with the locals. We had the time of our life. We will return and have recommended Parrot Cove to everyone we have talked to. To the staff at Parrot Cove Lodge, keep doing what you are doing. We miss you and talk about our great time in Belize every day."

"I wanted to dive and stay at Haminasi but they were full. They found a room at Parrot Cove Lodge just a 10 minute walk down the beach. What a nice surprise. Parrot Cove is not glitzy, but having gone through each of the four resorts in Hopkins I would go no place else. The place is clean, and the staff is wonderful catering to your every need. I felt like part of the family. The restaurant is the best in that area. Parrot Cove coordinated all of my dives with Hamanisi as will as some Belize adventure tours away from the water. The dive people at Hamanasi were incredible. Safe, caring, professional, and catered to my every need. I am going back in 2008 and staying at Parrot Cove and diving with Hamanasi."
